Features
- Simethicone is an inert polymer that lowers the surface tension of gas bubbles, promoting a reduction in the pressure of the gastrointestinal tract and the escape of the gas itself.
- Sugar-free, lactose-free and gluten-free.
Posology and method of administration:
- Single dose: 20 drops of Rilefast gtt contain 40mg Simethicone
- Adults: 20 to 40 drops, possibly to be diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times daily preferably after meals or as advised by your doctor.
- Children: 20 drops preferably after meals and possibly to be diluted in a liquid 1-3 times daily or according to doctor’s advice.
- Infants: 20 drops preferably after meals and possibly to be diluted in liquid 1-2 times daily or according to doctor’s advice.
Method of use:
Shake well before use. Close the bottle after use.

- 10/20/30/50/100 ml bottle with pump dropper containing an emulsion of Simethicone in aqueous solution (40 mg in 20 drops).
