- 20 ml bottle with pump dropper containing an emulsion of Simethicone in an oily solution (40 mg in 20 drops) with Vitamin E, Coenzyme Q, Silica + 1 2 g stick sachet containing S. boulardii (20 MLD/bst) to be dispersed in the Simethicone emulsion at first use;
- Simeticone is an inert polymer that lowers the surface tension of gas bubbles by promoting a reduction in the pressure of the gastrointestinal tract and the escape of the gas itself;
- Indicated in the treatment and prevention in dyspeptic disorders, gastrointestinal meteorism, aerophagia and gas colic in infants, children and adults;
- The oily emulsion and the presence of silica accentuates the activity of Simeticone and enhances its antifoaming properties compared with aqueous emulsion;
- Preservative-free, sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Posology and Mode of Administration:
Simeticone content in solution is 40 mg/ml.
- Single dose: 20 drops of Rilefast Ce Boulardii K contain 40 mg Simethicone.
- Adults (12 years and older): 20 to 40 drops, possibly to be diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times daily preferably after meals or as advised by a physician.
- Children (2- 12 years of age): 20 drops preferably after meals, possibly to be diluted in a liquid, 1-3 times daily or according to doctor’s advice.
- Infants (0-2 years): 20 drops preferably after meals, possibly to be diluted in a liquid 1-2 times daily or according to doctor’s advice.
Method of use:
- To ensure maximum product stability and quality, powders containing Saccharomyces Boulardii are stored in a protected environment inside the sachet and diluted in the liquid phase only at the time of use.
- Shake well before use.
- Close the bottle again after use.
