Three methods of use for different needs

- At room temperature: apply the gauze to the eyelid area and gently wipe to remove secretions and impurities.
- Warmed: warm the sealed sachet in lukewarm water at 40 °C. Use the gauze as a warm compress for a few minutes, then gently massage the area.
- Chilled: leave the sealed sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours, then apply the gauze as a cold compress for a few minutes and gently massage the area.
The three methods allow periocular hygiene to be adapted to different daily needs while maintaining gentle application to the eyelid area.

Scientific literature recognizes eyelid hygiene as a supportive measure in the management of blepharitis.
