How to use

1. Holding the bottle and the head vertically, gently place the nozzle oft he dispenser at the entrance of the nostril.

2. Press on the basis of the dispenser and repeat the operations with the other nostril

3. 2 – 3 spray in each nostril, 3 – 4 times a day, or more often as needed
